Operating for almost 40 years McKinley Contracts Ltd was formed by Noel McKinley – offering affordable, quality homes in fantastic developments in the Warrenpoint and surrounding area.

Throughout the last 18 years McKinley Contracts Ltd has evolved with family members now taking active roles in the day to day running of the business. As a family run company, McKinley Contracts Ltd strive to provide a professional, yet personal service to each customer. When considering design and specifications, we work to offer each customer the opportunity to personalise their home and make it their own. Furthermore, we place great emphasis on creating homes suited to modern living; whether that be a spacious family home or your first step on the property ladder.

With a reputation built over the years of developing high quality new build residential developments in the South Down area. McKinley Contracts also undertake commercial projects, home extensions and renovation contracts. We have a strong workforce behind us and a team of professional tradesmen who share the same level of attention to detail with all our projects.
